Yes. Actually, that is what we do best! Your sign can be made with your design or ours. You choose the size, shape, material, text, graphics, font, etc. Feel free to supply us with your own files (.eps, .ai, .dxf, .jpg (high-resolution))
Yes. If you can think it, we can make it happen. We also have an extensive library of images to draw from if necessary. Custom designs can take extra time to create and may slightly increase the cost of your sign.
Yes. We have a huge selection of fonts in our system. However, some fonts are not conducive to our fabrication process but it doesn't hurt to ask. You can also give us the "style" you are looking for and our designer can choose an appropriate font for your sign and subject matter.
We suggest going to your local hardware store and give us the name and code number so we can exactly match your colors. You can also go online but please remember that this may display differently so there may be variations.
Our standard production time is about 2-7 days after design approval and payment for us to complete your order and ship. On lots of orders we get done and shipped before the time stated. We can rush some orders without jeopardizing quality. If you need it sooner, we will see if we can get it done. Rush charges may apply and we would have to pass on expedited shipping costs if applicable
Most of the time yes, however there are some exceptions based on the size of the job. The process to fabricate your custom order includes design, design approval, file manipulation, fabrication, finishing, and shipping. We can discuss your specific project and time frame and see if it is possible to meet your deadline.
Every one of our orders are custom made and hand-crafted to your exact specifications. There are very few "pre-fabricated" designs that we can pull off a shelf. Your sign starts as a rough sawn piece of wood and ends the process as a unique, one of a kind, custom piece.
The most desirable files are vector files (.eps). If you have a high quality .jpeg in black and white, we can also use that. If you are not sure if we can use your artwork, send it along in an email and we will take a look at it for you. If needed, our team of designers may be able to convert the file.
We get this question a lot. It completely depends on the purpose and location of your sign. We are happy to recommend a size if you let us know where and how your sign is to be used.
No. The text and/or graphics of your design are carved in and the entire sign is sealed/stained/painted.
If this is going to be an outdoor sign we need to know so that we use only high quality outdoor use woods, wood sealers, and paints for their outdoor durability. Please note, like any material, they are subject to wear depending on exposure to wind, sun, rain, snow and various other factors. We recommend sealing every year or every other year depending on exposure to keep it looking beautiful.
Yes. We recommend you check your sign often and complete light maintenance regularly. Depending on your climate, annual maintenance is typically all that is necessary. We suggest a light sanding and the re-application of an outdoor sealer every year.

Respond to the email proof and let us know what changes you need. We will send you a new design proof as soon as possible. We know that doing something custom may require a few changes but please understand this is all time invested and may result in an additional charge.
Yes. Each installation is different. We install a hanger on the back for hanging or in some cases we will router a slot for hanging.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 30 days of purchase and we will remake or repair it and all you need to do is pay all the shipping. We will not change the design at our expense once approved, we will remake it but you will be responsible for those changes.
